Ingredients: Chicago Strips
tsp of oil
10 boneless chicken strips (raw and dethawed)
1 cup of Chicago Steakhouse KC Masterpiece
Marinate the 10 boneless chicken strips raw in Chicago Steakhouse KC Masterpiece, for 30 minutes.. in a frying pan. just a tsp of oil.. of your choice.. when the chickens done marinating.. make sure the temp is on med. low. to slowly cook the chicken.
Ingredients: Steamed Potatoes
5 potatoes
tsp of mrs. dash original blend
tsp of salt and pepper
tsp of lowry's seasoned salt.

Cut up about 5 whole potatoes.. with the skins. coat them in mrs. dash original seasoning, lemon pepper, salt and pepper and lowrys seasoned salt..line the pan with the foil then add the potatoes and cover them .put them in the oven for about 35 min on 350 degrees. they will tenderize and be delicious..
